Average work hours:45 hours per week!

Base Salary: \$50,000-60,000 Plus bonus opportunities paid quarterly. Plus bonus potential of \$20,000.

Requirements:

• Must close a minimum of 1 night a week, restaurant closes at 10pm
• 2 years or more of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for financial outcomes
• A passion for coaching and growing team members. Must be a hands-on teacher
• Possesses and demonstrates a strong owner-like commitment to operations and customer service
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking towards growing the business
• ServSafe certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: \$48,000.00 - \$60,000.00 per year
